2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A request must be submitted within 7–14 calendar days of receiving the product (depending on your location and applicable laws).
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-eligible products include:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or consumables.
  • Digital items, gift cards, and downloadable products.
  • Items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

3.1 Customers must contact BuyMix Customer Support or log in to their account to initiate a return request.
3.2 Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label.
3.3 Returned items must be carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.
3.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a BuyMix error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Inspection of Returned Items

4.1 All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team.
4.2 Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the item passes inspection.
4.3 If the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., signs of use, missing packaging), it may be sent back to the customer without a refund.


5. Refund Methods

5.1 Refunds are generally issued via the original payment method.
5.2 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided via:

  • Bank transfer,
  • Store credit, or
  • Digital wallet transfer.
    5.3 Refund timelines vary depending on payment providers, but standard timeframes are:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days.
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days.
  • Wallets/Digital Payments: 2–3 business days.
  • Store Credit: Within 24 hours of approval.

6. Exchanges

6.1 Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
6.2 If the replacement item is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or a full refund.
6.3 Exchange requests must be made within the eligible return period.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

7.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify BuyMix within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 Customers may be asked to submit photographs or videos for verification.
7.3 In such cases, BuyMix will cover the return shipping costs.
7.4 A full refund or replacement will be issued once the claim is verified.


8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Return request made after the eligible window.
  • Product returned in used or damaged condition (not caused by delivery).
  • Missing packaging, labels, or accessories.
  • Product purchased under a clearance or “Final Sale” category.
  • Fraudulent, excessive, or abusive return requests.

9. Shipping and Handling Fees

9.1 Original shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to BuyMix’s error.
9.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.


10. International Orders

10.1 For international customers, return shipping, duties, and taxes may apply.
10.2 Refund timelines may be extended due to customs clearance and international shipping processes.
